How does one get @Xfinity service to their town? @GetSpectrum has been a severe disappointment during and after this storm. Almost 30 years in Middlebury, CT and very little disruption even w/tornados. Southbury, CT deserves better service.

@Xfinity I am an Xfinity customer. I am new to the tv system. NBC aired the first episode of This Is Us this week. I tried to go watch it and I have to pay per episode to watch it?!?! What am I paying for cable tv for? I can only watch it the night it airs?
