Fill the Empty Vials with water from moonwells across Azeroth.
Combine the 6 Filled Vials to create Coalesced Moonlight, use it in the Emerald Dream and then loot the Moon-Blessed Claw from the ground.

Fish up 10 Awakening Sunfish from the lava pools in The Scorched Hall (Pit of Volcoross). Fish up 10 Slumbering Moonfish from any of the two water pools in the Wellspring Atrium. Toss all 20 fish back into the acorn-shaped water pool in the Wellspring Atrium. Once you have 10 stacks of Sunfish Essence and Moonfish Essence, you will receive the buff Attuned Angler for 30 minutes. Find the Prismatic Whiskerfish fishing pool in the acorn-shaped water pool and fish until you catch Xena, the Whimsical Whiskerfish.
